WHERE TO START
You have come here because you want to or are thinking about developing yourself - either just mentally or spiritually or both.
So you are thinking how do I go about it - where on earth do I start?
You look through all the pages and so much just doesn't seem to make sense or not what you are looking for, especially if its just mentally you wish to grow not spiritually.
I assure there is something here for everyone to at least get you started.
For most people I would suggest doing the 'Clearing the Clutter Exercises' to start with.
Don't have to just do them to the exclusion of everything else, but the first exercise in the series I would advise doing before starting anything else.
From there you can sort out what you feel you need to learn and go from there.
If you are wanting to develop spiritually I would advise learning to ground and protect yourself.
If mentally then just chose what you feel you are drawn to.
Remember we all grow and develop in our own time - its not a race to see who finishes everything first. We spend our whole lives growing developing and expanding, but never learn all there is.
So its no use thinking that if you will rush through all that is here you will become that wonderful marvellous confident person, great healer or medium that you have always wanted to be - you will be as the saying goes 'a jack of all trades and master of none'.
Just someone who knows a little bit of everything but not enough to be of real use to you.
I know what I am talking about I have been doing all this for many many years and I am still a student, ok maybe more advanced just now than you are but still a student.....never will I be a true master, no one ever will there is just not enough time for us to do that no matter how long we live.

Some would say its my own programme to help you grow I just call it my Words For All Seasons for no matter where you are in life, young, old, rich, poor, healthy or ill there is something here to help you grow and live your life better.
