REMOVING THE CHAINS THAT BIND YOU TO THE PAST

A MEDITATION TO RELEASE YOU FROM THE PAST

 IN TWO PARTS

PART ONE


You have worked and worked on letting go the past, but still you feel you are bound to someone from it. you feel there is still a connection

Well mostly there is..a/are chain(s) going from them to you and depending on how close you were to them how much of an emotional involvement you had will be shown by the size of the chain.

Usually an ex husband or wife is still joined by the largest chain, but it could be large for anyone.

So how do you remove it..?????????

Well first of all you need to put yourself in a meditative state.. but this meditation isn't one where you let your mind go blank, this is a working meditation.. if you can visualise great but if you can't just know you are doing the following it works either way


Now before you start accept in this meditation you will be working hard and it may take quite a few goes of doing the meditation before you are free of the chain(s).


So go start by  putting yourself in a medative state  or at least relax a bit

Then think of the person if you have more just do one at a time that you feel you are still bound to you.

See them standing in front of you (know that they are) and see the chain that runs between you and them, the more emotionally involved with them you were the more likely the chain is larger..obviously there are cases of people who have been able to break the chains to those from their past without this exercise they have done it without really knowing they did..but most of us can't do this.

So see this chain and see the size of it its thickness and its length- this will be wound round you, how many times, that depends how long it is.

So the first thing you want to do it cut the chain between them and you.

You have beside you a nice sharp good size hacksaw (for those that don't know it's a saw where you can put in different blades depending what you want to saw)..so you have a lovely sharp saw in your hands and you are going to saw the chain.go for it..and know no matter how thick it is you can cut through it - it might see tough but keep at it.......even if you can't get through it all at once that's fine just come back to it another time - you can do the meditation as often as needed till you cut that chain. then you can move on to the second part.
